Reset password via email
To reset your password, click Reset My Password. You will be asked to verify your email address and the security questions that you entered the first time you signed in.
Ask your administrator to reset your password
Your administrator should:
- Sign in to QuickStream.
- Click on Administration
- Click on Users.
- Select your user.
- Click "Reset Password".
You will receive an email with your login name and password.
If you are unable to do either of the above options, you can request Westpac identify you and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
