Changes to card surcharging in QuickStream
Please note, Westpac will be disabling surcharging functionalities for all QuickStream modules from 28 September 2026.
This means:
- You will no longer be able to apply surcharges to your Quick Web, Quick Terminal, Quick Voice or QuickStream REST API;
- For all recurring schedules in your QuickStream module will no longer apply surcharges from this date.
Reminder - Be alert of scammers impersonating Westpac
Westpac will never send you a link that directly opens our sign in page, or any links requesting your personal or financial information. This includes users' names, passwords and security banking codes (sent via SMS, email or other).
Westpac will never ask you to install software that allows us to connect to your device or sign into your online accounts with remote access software on your device.
